What is our Return Policy?
Our policy is we want you to be happy!
Here's the "BUT". You gotta follow a couple rules!
- You are making the return within 30 days of your order being shipped.
- The item is in the exact same condition as you received it.
- Return shipment costs are your responsibility.
- All sale items are final
How do I process a Return?
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order # and reason for return.
- Once agreed upon, please print out the email authorizing the return.
- Ship the item back with a printed copy of the authorization email.
Instead of a refund can I also get store credit?
Yes. We still want to add joy to your life with an item from our store.
When will my purchase be refunded and/or issued store credit?
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you and/or issue store credit within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place.
Can I do an Exchange instead?
Yes. If you're not fully happy with your order, or the size is too small or too big. Same rules apply as with with our Return Policy.
What if my order came damaged?
In the event this happens, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cover all the shipping costs and replace your order as a top priority.
